" I have hunted flooded timber in Arkansas since I was twelve and some of those hunts have been amazing, but the hunt I went on as a guest at Lone Oak Lodge was one of the best that I can remember. In addition, the facility is one that you have to visit personally to really understand how much thought and effort went into the lodge and hunting land. The owners of this establishment were very accommodating and generous to allow me to hunt with them and enjoy some time at their prestigious lodge. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is seeking to have a great time with family & friends and enjoy some of the best duck hunting in Arkansas while staying at the lodge of the south. "

" The best dog work and the most mallards I have ever seen. Lots of shooting to boot! This is field hunting at its best. "

" As an individual with a background in aerospace engineering, I appreciate the detail that goes into every hunt. The irrigation and water level of the fields, the methodical planting of the crops, the portable aluminum skid blinds which are quite mobile and the dirt mounds constructed in the middle of the fields to provide cover. It's obvious to me that this is more than just a good 'hunting spot,' they have created a waterfowl sanctuary. Well done! "
- - Tom Butler (Hot Springs, Ark.), Aerospace Engineer Consultant
" I have been to several places in the duck hunter's list of places to go and have never experienced the level of enjoyment that I have found at the Lone Oak Lodge. First class facilities built around a proven management operation is what you will find. They offer the total package from exceptional meals and lodging to a first class hunting operation complete with excellent duck hunting and comradery. I should also add the dogs are the best in the business. "

" I have been duck hunting for over 40 years, mostly in southeast Louisiana, and when I say Lone Oak Duck Lodge is awesome, it might be an understatement. The quality and variety of the birds we bagged was really surprising. Equally impressive is the lodge, with it's gourmet style kitchen, great room, and game room. The hosts made my hunt and stay a memorable one. I've been showing pictures that I took to all my hunting buddies. I can't wait to come back for another hunt. "

" Every time I hunt at Lone Oak Duck Lodge, everyone gets their limit of ducks. A top-flight brand new facility, a kitchen designed for true chefs, comfortable and clean... and the Lodge gives very fast access, just minutes from the Little Rock airport. The management of the hunting grounds is first class and it is located right in the fertile bottoms of the Bayou Meto."
- - Kin Bush (Hot Springs, Ark.) Businessman/Head Chef, Controlled Burn BBQ
" Thanks for an incredible hunt! Every aspect of your lodge is truly first class. Leaves nothing to be desired except another hunt! When relazing after the hunt, I especially enjoyed the beautiful restored shuffleboard table."
- - Joe Churchwell, Attorney
" I came from Michigan to hunt with my dad. The atmosphere at the lodge was fun. You get options on what you want to shoot when you go out. You'll always come back with a truck full of birds after a hunt here. It was a blast, pun intended."
- - Logan Miner (Grand Rapids, Mich.) College Student
" From truck to blind our hunt was perfect. Blasted a limit of pintails, nonstop action in a rice field that had not been harvested. Plenty of chow for waterfowl - plenty of shooting for us. All took place a couple of hundred yards away from a great lodge. "
- - Tom Cole, Commercial Real Estate
" From the cash river bottoms to the rice fields of Dumas, I've hunted them all. I am a contractor and build duck lodges for a living. It is a rare find to have a first class lodge adjacent to superb waterfowl hunting. If you ever get the chance to hunt this property, don't pass it up."
- - Joey Smith, Smith Building Contractors
" Bad to the bone hunting. Awesome. Nothing quite like the lone Oak Duck Lodge. "
